Champak flower handmade silver earrings (E0190)

43 $

These earrings were created from a single sheet of silver, etched on the surface and folded into the shape of a Thai flower called Champak (Michelia Champaca) which is commonly featured in Thai flower garlands. Traditional Thai ladies can sometimes be seen wearing a champak flower behind their ear, or a handful of the flowers can be found floating in a bowl of water as a home-scenting accessory.
The flower is simply hanging from the sterling silver hook and although it is not soldered, it doesn’t move when walking. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear.
