Refunds and Exchanges
We care about our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your product or the service we provide, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience.
If you do not like the item, please contact us within three days of receiving it. Returned items must be sent to us by registered mail with a tracking number, in their original condition and with original packaging and receipt (if given). We will refund the purchase price of the item (*minus the original shipping fee) once we have received the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any border charges incurs by an item being returned will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
**SIZING (for rings): If you are not sure about the size of your ring, we strongly recommend not using the measure of string, paper strips and so on, as these methods are very inaccurate. The best method is to visit a jeweler shop and ask the specialist to measure your fingers. You can also send us sample ring that fit you well and it will serve as a template. If we make an error and send you the wrong size, we’ll promptly create a new ring in the correct size and cover any postage both ways.

We will not be responsible for goods damaged or lost during transit. If your item has not arrived 30 days after the date of shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
